Key Performance Indicators

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monitoring project measures the Economic Development Unit's progress towards achieving its six core objectives as stated in the Unit Plan 2009-2012. Progress updates are reported at every Economic Development Committee. To ensure full transparency, the methodology used to measure the progress of the KPIs will be independently audited on an annual basis.
