Minor Land Transactions

Minor Land Transactions allow you to apply to purchase small pieces of land currently owned by the council.

If there is an area of land in Council ownership which you are interested in buying you should first contact the Council's City Developments’ Property Management and Development Team in writing at the address below. They will determine which department owns the site you are interested in and ensure it is dealt with by officers from the relevant team.
