Glow - the national school's intranet

Glow is the world's first national intranet for education. It is a national learning and teaching initiative funded by the Scottish Government that will transform the way education is delivered in Scotland. There are lots of benefits for staff, pupils, parents and carers.

Glow in Edinburgh

Glow is actively being rolled out in Edinburgh and as enthusiasm spreads, so does Glow usage. We now have eleven secondary and ten primary schools using Glow with all the remaining high schools and a further seven primary schools scheduled to receive support in using Glow by the end of 2009/10. All remaining primary schools and special schools will receive support for Glow in 2010/11. See the roll out schedule for the remaining schools.
