The Play Development section of Children & Families currently support two organisations that provide play activities in the city and are of local, national and/or international significance.

Into Play Fund

The 'Into Play Fund' offers small grants for play organisations under the Council's 'Under £10,000 Awards' scheme. This is a small fund with no deadline for applications, however eligible awards are made on a first come first served basis, so early applications in each financial year are encouraged. Applicants should be able to demonstrate play value and that they contribute to the objectives of the Play Strategy city-wide or in their local community.
