Discounted sale properties are flats that have been built as part of Edinburgh's Affordable Housing Policy and are available to buy for below market price.

Shared ownership means you own part of your house with a Housing Association and pay an occupancy charge or rent for the part you don't own.

Shared equity means you can buy your home through a Housing Association with help from a government grant. You do not pay rent on the part you do not own.

Access Ownership is a home ownership scheme for disabled people who want to buy and for owners who want to reduce their financial commitments.

Home Owners' Support Fund is a fund held by Scottish Government to help owners who are in danger of having their house repossessed.
