How do I get a Core Furnished Tenancy?If you are offered a new home and need help with furniture you can ask your Homelessness Case Officer, Temporary Accommodation Officer, Lettings Officer or Support Agency to refer you to the scheme. The Furnished Tenancy project will confirm acceptance of the referral and make arrangements to furnish your new home. The Furnished Tenancy project will be responsible for maintaining the core furnishings provided over the period of the lifetime of the service charge.
